First Street

Over the weekend I needed a dessert/cake stand for my yummy milkshake cupcakes, brownie-mallows (recipe up tomorrow) and Oatmeal cookies to be displayed on. I didn’t feel like spending a lot of money plus I wanted something that I could toss away after the party for easy clean up. So I decided to make my own tossable dessert/cake stand(s) and here’s how I did it.

You’ll Need:
(2) 9oz Crystal Clear Plastic Tumblers (Smart & Final has a great price on these)
(1) 7in Crystal Clear Plastic Plates
(1) 10in Crystal Clear Plastic Plates
Hot Glue Gun & Glue

1. Use a hot glue gun to glue the top of a 9oz Crystal Clear Plastic Tumbler to the bottom of a 7in Crystal Clear Plastic Plate. Then glue the bottom of a separate 9oz Crystal Clear Plastic Tumbler to the bottom of a 10in Crystal Clear Plastic Plate. Set and let dry for a couple minutes (shouldn’t take too long).

2. Once the glue is dry, glue the bottom of the 9oz Crystal Clear Plastic Tumbler on the 7in Crystal Clear Plastic Plate to the top of the 10in Crystal Clear Plastic Plate.

3. Let fully dry then display all your yummy goodies for your next party.
