Last week I had a great opportunity to send a care package to military troops thanks to Crystal Body Deodorant and Collective Bias. A guy {Ryan} I went to school with is actually currently stationed in Afghanistan so I thought he would be perfect to send it to. Thankfully he had a list of things he would like if someone wanted to send him a package all ready done up…

mach 3/mach 3 turbo razors
cleaning supplies
crest toothpaste
medium hardness toothbrushes
face cleanser
degree for men sport deodorant
air fresheners
water flavor packets (gatorade, fruit punch, hawaiian punch, tang, iced tea, propel)
any snacks
things that can be cooked in a microwave..ya i got one of those already.”
Naturally of course I headed to Walmart with his list to do all my shopping {it’s a one stop shop}, you can see my whole trip here.
While I was shopping I picked up Crystal body deodorant {it’s so convenient that Walmart now carries Natural products, makes being eco-friendly and sharing your favorite products with others simpler. Do you use any natural products?}, Toothpaste, Floss, first aid kit, lots of snack foods, and many more health & beauty related products.
Anywho while I was shopping I think I went a little over board however with some creative packing skills I ended up getting everything to fit into my box {you can pick up flat rate boxes like the one I used at the Post Office and ship them for about $8-$12 depending on the size}. With spending the Holiday season over there serving our country I couldn’t image what it’s like not having family around. So I’m hoping that our little care package will bring him and his friends some comforts of home.
