Private Selection Frozen Food Review

We recently had the opportunity to try out Kroger’s new Private Selection frozen food line. Their motto is “Refined. Refreshed. Reimagined.” which really sums up what their high quality food is. After first tasting the food I had to remind myself that it came out of the box from the freezer section at my local grocery store {all items range in price from $3-$7}. It truly tastes like food you would find in a restaurant and is perfect for all food enthusiasts.

To get our night started we cooked up two appetizers, Spanakopita {Vegetarian friendly} and Southwestern Style Chicken Trumpets, which took less then thrifty minutes from box to table. While we were munching on our appetizers we popped in two pizzas, Fire Roasted Vegetable and Pepperoni & Roasted Garlic, they were both fairly small however very filling and enjoyable. The vegetables on the pizza were so fresh tasting it made it taste like a fresh homemade pizza rather than from a box. After our delicious meal it was time for the amazing Belgian Chocolate Lava Cakes Mr.N was a huge fan. After first bite I asked him what he thought and he said it was “Super awesome and melts in your mouth”. After many thumbs up from adults and the children its safe to say we will be picking up a couple more boxes soon.

Disclosure: I received product samples & coupons in exchange for my honest opinion from #BzzAgent.

I did this review also but…. You have set a standard of how a review should look. Thanks for giving me a new view on what the manufacturers would want. This adds one more reason to why I am following you.

  2. That looks delicious :P Love the review!
