
With our move across the country complete I thought I’d start up some old series as well as introduce some new ones here on A Little Simplicity. With the new I thought I’d start sharing our weekly menu every Monday in hopes of inspiring you on those days when you wonder “what should we have for dinner?” Ever have those days? I know I’ve had my fair share however with a little planning you can minimize those days and help avoid fast food. Without further ado here is what we are planning on having this week for dinner and some lunch ideas…

Dinner
Monday- Maryland Blue Crabs & Veggies
Tuesday- Mini Chimis, Beans, Chips & Salsa {we used a gift card to buy from a local restaurant then froze for future dinners}
Wednesday- Philly Chicken Sandwiches & Green Bean “fries”
Thursday- Steak & Veggies
Friday- Chicken & Veggie Rice Stir-Fry
Saturday- J’s day to choose dinner
Sunday- DiGiorno Pizza Party Pack {we’re having a NASCAR party}
