We love breakfast foods and recently I was sent a box of Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted cereal. {Yum!} The great thing about this cereal is although it may look a healthy “adult” cereal its actually enjoyed by all ages. Especially now that each box has more of those delicious granola bunches!

With those fab nutritional facts, its no wonder that over the past couple weeks I noticed I stayed fuller longer. Which was a great relief, nothing is worse then a hungry stomach stuck in morning traffic into the city. So not only are we talking about tasty morning treat, its also healthy and kept me fuller longer. Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted cereal has so much going for it and I can’t wait to try out the other flavors. Including their new Fruit Blends line, Peach Strawberry and Banana blueberry… don’t those sound great?!
