Now that my Christmas shopping is all done, it’s time to wrap all the gifts! Do you get excited to wrap gifts? My mother isn’t a big fan however I find it fun to get creative each year with new ways to wrap gifts. To start with this weekend I decided to wrap two of Miss.A’s bigger gifts, just in case she happened to stumble upon them.
So last week when we headed to Walmart with our Disney Princess Royal App I picked up a cute princess bike and a princess castle. I also headed to the gift wrapping section and unfortunately I couldn’t find any princess paper. Which I thought was strange they only had Tinkerbell, maybe it was just my Walmart. So that meant I needed to get creative.
I decided to pick up some brown shipping paper, some cute Disney Princess stickers and a princess ribbon. So with some creativity I thought this could maybe work out after all! Plus I grabbed a sparkly ribbon and as well as a big peace bag for the bike.
First up I decided to try out my plan on making my own Disney Princess wrapping paper. I wrapped the box first with the brown shipping paper then added the Princess stickers as even as I could. Then lastly I taped on the Princess ribbon {that can also be worn}. I thought it turned out pretty good for having to make my own.
The next gift to wrap was the bike. Which for a few days I wondered “how to do you wrap a bike?” wrapping it with paper seemed a bit difficult so I thought the best way would be either a big bow or a giant gift bag. I tried out both options and decided to do both the ribbon and gift bag that way she still gets to open it up & be surprised.
Now only a few more gifts to wrap this week and I think we will be all ready for Christmas! I can’t wait to see her face when she gets her new Disney Princess items!
