When it comes to stocking stuffers, things can get tricky when kiddos start getting into their tweens. They are still kids but want to be teenagers so getting items that are still “cool” can be a challenge. So last week when I headed to Walmart to pick up some last minute stocking stuffers it took awhile… and I actually stopped a couple teenagers to ask them what was “cool” {haha} I felt so not hip but the sweet girls helped lead me in the right direction.
Speaking of direction once I passed the Colgate One Direction display I suddenly felt back on track! Miss.A l-o-v-e-s 1D {mostly Harry} so why not get her a new fun Colgate toothbrush & toothpaste gift pack with her favorite guys to fill her stocking. Plus the bonus was the gift pack which is usually $9 was on sale for only $5.96! {Total score! Plus you get a free song download!}
After I grabbed the Colgate One Direction gift pack I decided to go with a health & beauty theme. So I picked up a few more One Direction items as well as some beauty items & accessories. {click here to see my google plus story of my shopping trip}
Once home I started to get everything around for the stocking and to lay out everything to show you…
- One Direction Necklace
- Tic Tac Candy
- Make up bag
- Make up brush kit
- Colgate One Direction Gift Pack
- One Direction stick on nails
- Scented lotion
- Nail polish
- Headbands
After dropping a few hints of the above items to give to other kids her age on our list. She went nuts that there is a One Direction toothbrush! She actually asked if she could do chores in exchange for one. {haha} So I think she will be very surprised to see that in her stocking this year.
What’s on your stocking stuff to buy list?

Oh man I haven’t thought about stocking stuffers. Love the theme.
Some great ideas, thanks!
I know my daughter would love those items! We enjoy listening and singing to “One Direction” loudly with the windows rolled down in the car
Good times!
Looks like the perfect stocking for a girl! I hope she enjoyed it!
